Birthed from her vision of introducing opera to young people, Jayne has created, developed and implemented music curriculum that has been awarded by the The Metropolitan Opera Education Guild Department in partnership with Larry Scripp, Music-In-Education National Consortium and the New England Conservatory.  Her curricular achievements have been recognized by the New York State Education Department.  Jayne’s tenure in the Department of Education has resulted in the development of a curriculum with an in-depth study of IPA - International Phonetic Alphabet, fostering a deeper comprehension of reading and writing.
